Education Consultant & Academic Coach
I work with English language schools that need to raise their academic game — and with individual teachers who deserve better support than they're getting.
Who I Work With
Fifteen years inside Vietnam’s leading institutions taught me that academic quality lives at two levels: in the systems that run a school, and in the classrooms of individual teachers. I work at both.
Organisations
Consulting and advisory services for English language schools, pathway providers, and education groups. Academic audits, accreditation readiness, systems design, programme development, and outsourced academic leadership.
See School ServicesIndividuals
Personal academic coaching for English language teachers working without adequate support — whether in under-resourced schools or as independent freelancers. One-to-one, ongoing, and built around your career.

I spent fifteen years working inside some of Vietnam’s most prominent education organisations — at ILA Vietnam, HUTECH University, and RMIT University Vietnam — in senior academic leadership roles. I built operations, launched programmes, developed managers, and spent a great deal of time in classrooms observing, coaching, and trying to understand what actually makes teaching and learning work.
What I care about most is the gap between intention and reality. Schools that genuinely want to improve but don’t have the systems or the people to make it happen. Teachers who want to grow but have nobody investing in them. I’ve spent my career working on both sides of that gap — and it’s what I bring to the work I do now.
My approach is the same whether I’m working with an organisation or an individual: honest, practical, and focused on outcomes that last. I don’t believe in solutions that only work while I’m in the room. The goal is always something that the school can run independently, or a development the teacher carries with them long after our sessions end.
I work remotely and in-market globally, with particular depth in Vietnam and the Gulf.
Testimonials
Andy struck the perfect balance between providing hands-on support when needed and giving his team the space and independence to grow professionally. He was passionate about providing premium teaching quality and impeccable customer service — and really helped me develop as a solution-oriented manager.
His friendly yet professional attitude made me feel extremely welcome from the very beginning and I knew I could always go to him for guidance. He genuinely cares about professional development and supported me a great deal in my early career as a teacher.
